Privacy Policy for VAIRO
Effective date: September 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game VAIRO (the “Game”), developed and published by Vairo Studio, handles user information.
Information We Collect
Vairo Studio does not require users to create an account and does not operate its own server for storing player accounts or game progress.
The Game uses Unity Analytics, Unity In-App Purchasing and Google Play Billing. These services may process technical, gameplay and purchase-related information as described below.
The Game does not collect the player's name, email address, payment card number or precise location through gameplay analytics.
Local Game Data
Game progress, settings, virtual coin balance and other save data are primarily stored locally on the user's device.
If the user consents to analytics, selected gameplay events are transmitted to Unity Analytics. These events do not contain the full local save file.
Analytics events may include campaign level identifiers, level results, run duration, completed waves, selected hero, hero level, hero stars, progression changes and rewards.
Gameplay Analytics
VAIRO uses Unity Analytics, provided by Unity Technologies, to understand how the Game is used, improve level balance, evaluate progression and identify technical or gameplay problems.
Analytics data may include:
- A randomly generated installation identifier;
- Approximate location, such as country;
- Device platform and Game version;
- Game session start and end events;
- Campaign level number and identifier;
- Victory or defeat result;
- Run duration and completed wave count;
- Selected hero, hero level and hero stars;
- Hero and ability progression events;
- Virtual rewards received during a run;
- Technical, diagnostic and performance information.
Analytics information is associated with a pseudonymous installation identifier. Vairo Studio does not use Unity Analytics to collect the player's name, email address or precise location.
Analytics Consent and User Choices
Gameplay analytics are enabled only after the user gives consent in the Game. Refusing analytics does not prevent the user from playing VAIRO.
The user can change the analytics choice later through the Game's settings.
The user may also request deletion of analytics data through the Game's settings. Requesting deletion disables further analytics collection until the user gives consent again.
In-App Purchases
VAIRO offers optional consumable purchases of virtual coin packs through Google Play Billing. Available packs may include 500, 2,000 and 4,000 virtual coins.
Payments are processed by Google Play under Google's own terms and privacy policy. Vairo Studio does not receive or store the user's full payment card or bank account information.
To complete and deliver a purchase, the Game may receive purchase-related information such as the product identifier, purchase status, purchase token and transaction or order identifier.
Unity In-App Purchasing
VAIRO uses Unity In-App Purchasing (Unity IAP), provided by Unity Technologies, to connect the Game with Google Play Billing.
Unity IAP may process purchase history, technical identifiers, approximate location, diagnostic information and application performance data to provide purchases, diagnose errors and maintain service reliability.
For more information, see the Unity Privacy Policy .
Google Play Billing
VAIRO uses Google Play Billing to process optional in-app purchases. Google may process transaction and device information in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy .
Data Sharing
Vairo Studio does not sell personal data.
Technical, gameplay and purchase-related data may be processed by Unity Technologies and Google as service providers where necessary to provide analytics, purchases, diagnostics and service reliability.
The Game does not use third-party advertising, social login, cloud saves or online leaderboards.
Data Security
Vairo Studio does not maintain its own server database containing player accounts or complete game save files.
Information transmitted to Unity and Google is protected in transit using the security measures provided by those services, including encrypted HTTPS connections.
Data Retention and Deletion
To request deletion of Unity Analytics data:
- Open VAIRO.
- Open the Game Settings.
- Select “Delete Analytics Data”.
- Confirm the deletion request.
This request deletes the analytics data associated with the current Game installation and disables further analytics collection.
Deleting analytics data does not delete locally stored game progress, settings or virtual currency.
If the in-game deletion option is unavailable, the user may contact Vairo Studio at vairostudio.support@gmail.com to request assistance.
Local game data can be removed separately by clearing the Game's application data or uninstalling the Game. This may remove locally stored progress, settings and virtual currency.
Analytics data is retained according to Unity's applicable retention policies.
Children's Privacy
VAIRO is intended for users aged 13 and older. Vairo Studio does not knowingly request or directly collect names, email addresses or other directly identifying information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information directly to Vairo Studio, please contact us so that the request can be addressed.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the Game's features, service providers or data practices change. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
